Designation: Junior Post Sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
• Post-sales support
• Customer facing (on site and remote)
• Manage vendors (Hardware replacement etc.)
• Basic project management including planning and reporting
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience supporting systems and network related solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and able to work independently
• Show enthusiasm in IT field
Good to have
• Familiarity on Microsoft products (Windows server, Windows client, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure. etc.).
• Familiarity on Network Products (Firewall, Switch, WIFI AP, etc.).
• Familiarity on Physical cabling and device Installation process for offices or stores.
